Marketing Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex advertising campaigns, creative projects, and marketing initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and goals.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution.

Project Execution:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and external vendors.

Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager in an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising and creative processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
