Job description / Role
A new opportunity has come up with a well-known management consulting firm. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Support person who will either be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Create marketing strategies ie social medial campaigns, articles, website/SEO, events (live and online)
- Create short video clips and artworks using CANVA and other creative tools for social media posting (YouTube / TikTok / Instagram)
- Plan and manage online and onsite events (including identifying speakers, creating program, launching information campaigns, and others)
- Identify and participate in any exhibitions, seminars, conferences and networking events, as applicable
- Record new contact information on CRM and make follow up email/ call, as needed
- Host some of the company’s events – onsite/online
- Reach out to potential speakers and invite them to be part of the company’s events
- Coordinate with third party suppliers for videography/photography requirements of the business, as applicable (and other design/logistical requirements)
- Participate on various events to represent the company and connect with prospective clients and partners
- Send / connect with prospective clients and introduce the services of the company either via email or phone or online
- Create initiatives to stay connected with existing clients
- Help consultants in the business to reach out to targeted clients and candidates (market/professional organizations/universities/online group
- Identify different organizations that the company may form partnership with
- Create artwork for the jobs of consultants to help increase candidate’s attraction (using CANVA and other design tools)
- Create and publish articles on website / social media and other channels related to other HR services of the business
- Run surveys online as applicable
- Conduct research materials, as applicable
- Manage registration and renewal of company’s credentials from various procurement / tendering sites, government portals
- Manage all marketing online credentials of the business
- Safeguard company’s database
- Run mass email campaigns from time to time to reach out to candidates or clients depending on the need of the business
- Respond to messages on social media channels and website, as applicable
- Prepare other collaterals as applicable
- Collaborate with external parties/part-timers related to designs that cannot be done inhouse
- Continue to research different tools that the team can be used related to marketing/client servicing
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same role
- A diploma or degree holder; additional certification in marketing would be a plus
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using CANVA and other design/creative tools
- Experienced in editing photos and videos
- Have experience in social media management
- Confident, organized, and willing to work in a pressurized work environment
- Have a can-do attitude and can think out of the box
- Strong fluency in speaking the English language
- Flexible to work/travel around UAE, as needed
- Flexible to work outside the regular working hours (due to the nature of the work)
