Job description / Role
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research, market visits and analyze consumer questionnaires
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, slideshows, and other materials which include translations between various languages and formatting.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts specially LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of CRM and Data Sets software such as Odoo, Sales Force, or Excel is favorable.
• Previous experience in managing newsletters and communication releases to customer is highly preferable.
• Reporting to HoD, maintain clear MoM, internal meet ups and external meetings and share action plans discussed and MoM with stakeholders.
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
