Job description / Role
Our client based in Abu Dhabi is currently in need of a Marketing Communications Assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Design or update printed marketing collateral such as brochures, project data sheets, corporate stationery, as well as corporate presentations.
• Ensure all internal and external parties comply with the company logo & brand guidelines.
• Maximise brand exposure online via effective social media activity and improved SEO for company website.
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, filing, preparation of forms & templates.
Requirements
Skills & Requirements
• Excellent command of English, impeccable grammar and spelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience with SharePoint will be an advantage.
• Good photography and photo retouching skills is a plus.
• Resourceful and able to handle projects independently, but a team player nonetheless.
• I.T. savvy & creative, with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to work on both Mac and Windows platforms.
Additional Information
• Career level: Junior
• Experience: Minimum 2 years similar work experience preferred, but fresh graduates welcome to apply if they possess the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Multimedia Design, or related field
• Location: Abu Dhabi, office based. Travel to construction sites and to Dubai may be required once a month for site photography.
