Marketing Director

Quest is working with a large and successful F&B business, looking for a brilliant Marketing Director to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. Our client is one of the largest food company in the Middle East that is known for its culture of equal opportunity and diverse work environment.

As a Marketing Director, you will:

- Develop and lead the execution of integrated strategies aimed at achieving customer acquisition, retention, churn, etc. across all channels (traditional or digital)
- Identify growth opportunities and identify potential markets
- Closely work and align strategic initiatives with internal departments and stakeholders
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts
- Develop budgets and P&L projections
- Keep updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 10 years’ experience in Integrated Marketing
- Proven background in the Food/F&B/Restaurants sector
- Solid knowledge and experience in delivering brand, marketing, and communication strategies
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident, driven, innovative, and a dynamic leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
