Job Description:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships along with traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, events, and collaboration sponsorships.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for an innovative team culture.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian, Arabic and CIS nationals
• 28 to 45 years old and below
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial role from F&B industry
