Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Skills Required:

Real Estate experience is a MUST

• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Understanding of ROI, KPIs, budgets
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
• Reviews store KPIs on a regular basis and adapt actions accordingly
• Understand local and key international competitors
• Understand the different stages and elements in the brand planning process and support the implementation of the plans

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
• 2 years of experience in Marketing/Branding
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
• Strong PC knowledge, Proficient in MS Office, excel, photoshop is a plus
• Social media platforms knowledge
