Job description / Role
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and take charge of executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a focus on creating integrated campaigns that span various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Campaign Management:
• Planned, executed, and optimized multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Content Development:
• Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and physical, to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
• Evaluate the success of events and propose improvements for future initiatives.
Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
• Communicate marketing plans, results, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and experience in developing and implementing 360-degree marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
