Job description / Role
Working alongside the Regional Marketing Manager and the global marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marcomm initiatives across the Middle East.
To be suitable for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience at a similar level within professional services
Key responsibilities:
Events
- Conception to completion for the organization of the events e.g. involvement in idea generation, manage invitational processes, drafting of event collateral, manage event suppliers, create internal buy-in, manage on-site delivery and create post event report and document learning's.
- Build relationships with key conference organizers to support the new business development for the firms practice areas.
Media Relations
- Oversee media monitoring and tracking of key competitors, clients/targets within regional press, and distributing relevant information and articles as appropriate
- Assisting Marketing Manager with developing local ME Media Pipeline based on global and local publication calendar and assist with executing outreach
CRM initiatives
- Actively working with the marketing assistant in order to keep information clean and up to date
- Help to implement worldwide policies and strategies in the Middle East offices
- Participate in regional and global contact management/database calls
Website
- Uploading relevant information e.g. press releases
- Support update to website coordinating any changes e.g. recent testimonials, job titles, photos etc
Internal Communication
- Coordinating and drafting content for the bi-monthly OA Newsletter
- Support Marketing Manager on ad-hoc projects as required
