Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will work with the company's own outlets as well as franchisees. He/she will oversee and implement all in-outlet promotional activities at a local level and be responsible for (and not limited to) the following;
* Conceive and ensure execution of tactical initiatives during key events/holidays, low traffic periods, etc.
* Menu design/coordination/modifications for each geography
* Point of sale (POS) materials, e.g., posters, flyers, counter-top units, etc.
* Print production for branded collateral
* Artwork coordination with in-house designer and external vendors as required

Responsibilities:
* Ability to develop marketing strategy and manage the process.
* Be capable of developing and managing ATL and BTL requirements, including development of printed and audiovisual materials, work with consultants and other departments to create relevant collaterals, work with PR and Events firms to implement communication strategy, as well as ensure brands are effectively supported on-line and through CRM when tactically relevant
* Understand the HORECA, QSR and fashion industries and relevant promotion channel mechanisms
* Work with relevant referral sources such as foodies, guidebooks, directories, order-taking applications, etc.
* Work with 3rd party vendors such as design firms and photographers to ensure collateral highlights brand qualities
* Media planning and buying companies to schedule advertising placement
* Web/interactive developers to construct internet presence
* Public relations providers to ensure appropriate reputation management
* Attend events/trade shows relevant to promoting the company's brands
* Use marketing analysis techniques and consumer research to develop effective marketing plans
* Ensure brand identity compliance in all marketing and collateral material by both vendors and franchisees
* Analyze competitive activity, working with Management to evaluate pricing strategies
* Understand basic financial management skills necessary to maintain budget controls

Requirements

* Fluent in English & Arabic
* At least 5+ years experience within marketing
* Experience working with fashion and or F&B brands (from an agency or client background)
* Worked directly with or for Emirati clients/colleagues who can provide a referral
* Well organized and able to submit clear yet detailed reports with relevant summaries
* Self-driven and able to multi-task, with exceptional decision-making and evaluation skills to resolve complex issues
