Position Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established organization and an industry leader in organizing high profile conferences and events, based in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Establishing the company’s marketing department by making Marketing Strategies applicable to reflect the general marketing & branding plan for the company as a standard foundation of marketing & branding plans for each show.
- Implementing a general marketing & branding budget plan to reflect into the tailored fit design for each project show.
- Researching audiences, target population(s) and markets in order to identify market expansion potentials.
- Leading & managing event coordinators, copywriters, graphic designers, and web developers towards achievement of goal to meet customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating press releases and other PR items and other communications before approving any media collaterals

Requirements

- Open to European and Arabic nationals
- Female, 50 years old and below
- At least 7 years of experience in the same role in an advertising agency
- Experience in handling shows, conference, marketing projects and ads
- Must have valid UAE Driving license and own car
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
