Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager at Grassitup, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales in the local market. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for outdoor living and a proven track record of success in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Dubai market to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify local trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the outdoor furniture industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events targeted towards the Dubai market.
• Manage the company's digital presence in Dubai, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including product catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials, localized for the Dubai market.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to maximize brand exposure and PR opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer insights relevant to the outdoor furniture market in Dubai.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Dubai market, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the outdoor furniture market and consumer preferences in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with customers.
• Creative thinker with a passion for outdoor living and design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
• Experience in the outdoor furniture or home decor industry is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
