Job description / Role
Marketing Manager - FMCG - UAE
You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director, with you're main responsibilities being but limited to:
- Help to define brand strategic level: strategic vision, risks/opportunities, goals within a diverse cluster
- Control & improve its brand P&L
- Build and implement the yearly Marketing plan together with his/her team
- Able to prepare/supervise brand plans (ATL & BTL), develop brand budgets & track spending, and full calendar activity in line with the business strategy
- Experience in analyzing consumer insights and competitive analysis to develop action plans and to ensure the brand is in line with the organization strategy
Requirements
- 6 -9 years of marketing experience including (Brand Building & Development)
- Middle East & Africa experience is essential
- Previously managed ABM/ BM before
- Ideally an Arabic speaker
- Degree educated
