Job description / Role
Marketing Manager - Medical Devices - UAE
Responsible to lead and manage for all Tactical Marketing across the Middle East region. The role will encompass all forms of marketing such as market research, marketing campaigns, product management, marketing communications, events and public relations.
We are working with a leading organisation who operate within Medical Devices. They are looking to expand their team due to the success they have had in the region.
The main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will be but not limited:-
- Develop and conduct market research/ intelligence ensure the business strategy/ targets are being delivered in the market
- Ensure market analysis is completed to monitor competitor activities, trends and threats
- Develop Middle East marketing strategy in line with Corporate strategy
- Develop and implement country specific marketing plans working with the sales function
- Implement marketing campaigns for specific target groups
- Launching NPD's
- Manage product life cycles including launch plans
- Execute local marketing activations
- Attend meeting and represent the marketing function internally / externally
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of Marketing experience from Medical Device/ Life Science
- Ideally from a Multinational Organisation
- Must have Regional experience for the Middle East
- Understands distributor management
- Preferable Arabic Speaker
- Degree educated, ideally someone with a scientific
