Job description / Role
Client is a leading retail organization based in Dubai is seeking a marketing officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company.
Following are the key roles and responsibilities for the position:
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
• Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of key marketing staff members, including marketing managers and consultants
• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
Requirements
• MBA in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience preferably in retail industry
• Good understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge.
• In-Depth Research and Analysis.
• Great Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity,
Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, and Big-Picture Thinking.
• Design skills including graphics and web design.
• Social Media Skills
