Marketing & PR Executive (Retail Fashion)

Job description / Role

• Assist the Marketing team in optimizing the digital and offline media plan to ensure maximizing budget and brand exposure across multiple channels.
• Help execute the marketing plan in a timely manner by supplying necessary files, artworks and other requirements to stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Create monthly and seasonal reports of previous activities to be shared with brands and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute an effective public relations strategy to meet the business objectives within schedule and budget.
• Establish a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in media. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media.
• Concept, write and publish press releases, newsletters, ads, blogs, and other digital and print materials, that resonates with the Company’s target market.
• Develop a cohesive strategy for and between the al channels and media.
• Formulate a content creation strategy that includes local photoshoots, international content and working with influencers, publishers and other content creators while ensuring budget and brand exposure is maximized across multiple online channels.

The business does not provide hybrid working! (5 days in the office)

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 19,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We are looking to hire ” Marketing & PR Executive” position with premium fashion retail experience or from PR agency managing account for premium fashion retail businesses.

Candidate Must have:
• Bachelor’s in advertising, design or marketing required. Masters in advertising, design or marketing is a plus.
• 5+ years overall experience in marketing preferably from Retail & Fashion sector
• Demonstrate understanding of 360 integrated campaigns and strong digital marketing literacy
• Confident individual with excellent creative, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Prior experience in advertising agency, Retail & E-commerce with premium/luxury brands
• Obsessive about details and quality
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment
• Prior experience in managing a team
