Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Masterplanner with a degree in Architecture to join our team in Dubai. As a Masterplanner, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing large-scale urban projects that align with our company's vision and values. Responsibilities:

* Lead the master planning process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, urban designers, and landscape architects, to develop comprehensive master plans that integrate various elements of urban design, infrastructure, and sustainability.
* Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and stakeholder consultations to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
* Utilize advanced software tools and technologies to create detailed master plans, 3D models, renderings, and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in urban planning, architecture, and sustainable development, and integrate them into project designs.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
* Proven experience (X years) in master planning, urban design, or architectural design, preferably in the context of large-scale urban development projects.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling design solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Dubai and the UAE is highly desirable.
* A passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating livable, resilient, and environmentally responsible urban environments.
