Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Materials Manager to work on a Mega Project for a leading Fit-out company in Dubai.

A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Materials Manager for a recognized Fit-Out firm providing expert services in fit-out, interior design and furniture supply in Dubai, where you would be working on one of their high-profile projects\contracts in the middle east. This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Materials list preparation
• Ensure material samples meet the projects requirements
• Manage consultants and suppliers relationships
• Problem solving
• Functions planning in accordance with planning programs.
• Meet project expectations in terms of quality and productivity
• Materials specification and BBQ

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Fit-Out experience
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Great knowledge in Design drawings
• Software skills such as AUTOCAD and MS Office
• Leadership skills
• Must be based or willing to relocate to Dubai
• Must be able to start as soon as possible
