Job Description

- Support the Brand Design Team with design directing global projects as required including pitches and pre-opening design documents
- Work closely with Global VP of Design and Regional D&TS teams on projects globally.
- Manage the (creation of new and update of existing) Brand Toolkits (Design Guides & Technical Standards) as required including in some cases appointing and managing external consultants.
- Regularly meet with new global design consultants to review their capability for Ennismore projects globally and maintain the global database for DTS use.
- Assist document control for project documents.
- Minor ah-hoc Admin support duties to support Global VP of Design and Brand Design Team.
- The position is based out of Dubai Homebase Office and is Maternity Cover role from May-Dec 2024

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor Degree in hospitality, design, or information technology
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel or design industry
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Powerpoint

- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Good team working skills, fast-learning and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
- Proactive solution-based approach with the ability to make decisions on own-behalf after completing the required training and brand immersion.
