MEA Regional Talent & Organizational Development Manager
Leading Multinational Company
AED 50,000 + Schooling + Bonus + Flights + Insurance
NTS Group are working with a leading multinational company to recruit a MEA Regional Talent & Organizational Development for their Dubai offices.
Reporting into the HR VP for the region, you will be responsible for the following;
- Analyze the future learning and development requirements for the business
- Liaising with senior management to implement and design the L&D requirements for the business.
- Develop Road maps for high performers and achievers and work with managers to design this
- Roll out the OD process for the business
- Implement procedure when it comes to leadership skills, training, management of behavioral change across the business
- Coach and train where needed on development of their skills
- Design and implement a review structure on L&D
- Implement and design the OD structure and procedures
- Performance management design and succession planning
- Organization design.
Requirements
- HR Degree required
- Minimum 10 years HR experience
- 5 years Talent and organizational development experience
- Regional experience is a must
- Proven leader with a track record of delivering change
