Job description / Role
Our client is an international publishing company within the B2B and Consumer marketplace. Their publication is predominantly business news but it has a strong focus on consumer brands and retail.
They are looking to hire an Intern for 3 months to work from their Dubai Offices (based in JLT) in a role that combines copywriting, editing, PR with the objective of producing more news stories and maintaining the business's strong position on social media and the internet by increasing their search engine optimisation.
Key aspects of this internship will be:
- Write several stories and articles every day.
- As a copywriter edit articles from PR agencies and 're-purpose' these articles to create original content.
- SEO and also providing content for various social media channels they have.
- Performing administrative duties (e.g. answering phones, booking meetings, etc.)
Requirements
- Recent graduates or placement students.
- First language standard English.
- Someone eligible to work in Dubai.
- A highly organised individual with a passion to learn and progress their skills.
This intern position will allow you to develop and build on your existing talents, learn new skills within the media world and gain valuable experience while you work in a positive, fun and fast-paced environment.
