Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking to hire a Media Sales Manager for an out-of-home (OOH) advertising company to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their specific objectives.
- Achieve the company's sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with the design, development, and operation teams to ensure the campaign's smooth execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the media industry, preferably in outdoor advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
