Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting for a number of Medical and Surgical Nurses to be based in Dubai for a large medical rehabilitation center.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilitiese:
• Provided patient care to four pediatric patients from OR, ER, and ICU; experienced in low to high acuity levels in patients.
• Performed assessments; provided intravenous therapy; complex wound care; monitored various drainage devices, etc.
• Collaborated daily with physicians and health care team to achieve optimum patient care.
• Established strong relations with physicians built on trust and knowledge of patient care.
• Served as mentor, coach and team builder of inexperienced licensed and unlicensed
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
• With minimum 3 years of clinical experience gained in a large medical facility or rehabilitation centre
• With valid HAAD/DHA license or at least passed the eligibility exam of DHA/HAAD
• Willing to work in a rehabilitation centre in Dubai
• Good communication skills in English and preferably in Hindi language as well
