Position Title: Medical Underwriter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known insurance broker and consultant company in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Deliver against underwriting and financial measures.
• Responsible for underwriting both new business and renewals.
• Accurately select, assess, and price risk in line with underwriting guidance.
• Ensure standards are met and the governance framework adhered to.
• Develop key internal stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• 40 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree (must be attested certificate)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Underwriting (attested experience certificate)
• Must have strong experience in reading through doctors’ reports
• Previous insurance or TPA experience is a must
• Coding knowledge and skills in different network tariffs is preferred
• Experience in dealing with insurers and handling claims is preferred
• Must have the ability to manage clients, distribution teams, and insurers
