Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare cost estimates for all building, civil, MEP facilities.
- Assist CPO in resource, cost mapping of schedule activities and evaluation of rates.
- Build and maintain cost data base.
- Prepare cost estimates in verification of Contractors estimates.
- Provide support in verification of interim payments.
- Carryout sensitivity analysis of program resourcing issues in support of project control objectives.
- Provide estimates for assessment of change both in terms of cost and resources.
- Provide assistance in resource loading of schedules as required by planning and contract teams for interim payment progress assessments.
- Provide support where necessary in CCR process relative to CPO roles and responsibilities in order to achieve timely completion of CPO responses to support commercial department in completion of CCR process.
- Follow all relevant departmental HSE policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employees place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Technical experience in wide range of electrical, mechanical, building, civil engineering and power related construction.
- Proficient and competent in: Reporting skills, Scheduling Software (Primavera and open Plan), Project Management Software, Computer Literacy, English Fluency, Initiative - provides early notice to management on potential issues, Time Management, Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Teamwork
