Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Summary

- Responsible for directing the activities of a specific department or departments within an organization. Manages other employees and ensures all business goals and objectives are reached. Reporting to the Director for all the updates.

Main Duties
- Directing the activities and productivity of a department or entire organization.
- Capable to manage the DDM, HOP and other Head of Sections and unit to sustain and grow programs and service.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
- Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership.
- Responsible to develop the Marketing Strategy by obtaining New Clients.
- Prepare the Concerned team to Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including fund raising initiatives, special events and the official administrative acts.
- Manage to create budgets and track expenditures.
- Manage to create presentations for meetings.
- Leadership Capabilities in Operation & Development.

Other Duties
- Delegate duties between the Departments
- Hire, terminate, guide and train the staffs.
- Ensure performance goals are met and set.
- Attend and preside over meetings.
- Participate in strategic planning.

Requirements

- Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
- 20 Years (Not Less than 10 Years in Design Field)
- With expertise in Management Skills
- All Advanced software
- Motivated
