MEP Draftsman

Job description / Role

Education: Diploma in Engineering / Formal training in Rivet MEP / AutoCAD

Level of Position: MEP Draftsmen

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in all aspects of MEP Drafting Retail fit out works, Interior design works, Using Rivet and AutoCAD.

Experience in the following works required.

- Preparation of MEP shop drawings in Revit
- Produce Revit families according to project requirements / Modifying Revit families as per project requirement.
- Preparation of 3D designs using Revit.
- Should work on BIM 360/ACC & maintain BIM standards and library of BIM objects.
- Converting IFC files from AutoCAD and import the same in Revit.
- Creating NWC, NWD, PDF/DWG from Revit model
- Preparation of System layout using AutoCAD & Revit.

Requirements

- Preparation of clash reports using Revit/Navisworks clashes of system layout with team, customers as well as subcontractors.
- Responsible for project related documentations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Revit, ACC & CAD Design.
- Good MEP knowledge with practical hands-on experience in Retail fit-out MEP.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
- Very Good Communication skills, able to work in team, takes ownership.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
