Job description / Role
- Should be able to coordinate with site civil construction team & support all relevant activities pertaining to project activities
- Should be able to handle all site project MEP activities
- To handle MEP design coordination with concerned department including client/consultant for resolving differences
- Should be able to present all relevant project data to higher management as & when required correctly as per approved formats
- Should be participating in HSE activities with responsibilities
- Should be able to generate work flow pattern & plan materials, man power & infrastructure for efficient work progress
- Should be able to work with MEP work force
- To generate project commercial reports including cash flow, labor management & materials managemen
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Middle East for a Main Contractor.
- A relevant Bachelors Degree is essential for this position.
- Must come from a contracting background.
- It would be an advantage if the candidate is currently located in the UAE.
