Job description / Role
A market leading organisation is looking to hire a two professionally qualified MEP Managers (1 x Mechanical bias and 1 x Electrical bias) who will be an integral part of the in-house design and project management team responsible for the management of all aspects of the MEP design review, installation, testing, commissioning to ensure the overall successful and timely delivery of multiple retail fit-out projects across their growing portfolio of shopping mall developments.
Our client is seeking career-minded professionals who are ambitious and decisive, team players who have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels in addition to external engineering consultants, retailers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a track record in the successful design and delivery of retail related projects with respect to MEP works (either Mechanical or Electrical), ideally gained in the Middle East.
Gross salary package: AED 35K - 38K per month + business class flights + schooling allowances + private medical /life insurance + performance bonus.
Requirements
The position would suit a chartered engineer (CEng) with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in either mechanical or electrical engineering, someone who is looking to further their career with one of the region’s top employers and be part of their senior leadership team in the future.
