Job description / Role
• MEP Manager will be the one to control the quality of mechanical and electrical professional design drawings and the selection and cost of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Responsible for the design and management of water supply and drainage, strong and weak electricity, and HVAC for all projects from the project positioning meeting to the post-assessment period, and the quality of drawings. and progress is responsible.
• Responsible for the project from the positioning will go to during the delivery of sales, customer service, cost, engineering, approval of Electrical and professional technical support to be built in.
• Provide technical support after the bidding process and scaling deep design management.
• Responsible for developing mechanical and electrical design standards in the region, maintenance, responsible for technology research and innovation in the region, application, promotion, mechanical and electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
Requirements
• MEP Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years experience
• UAE Experience is preferred but not a must
• Mandarin Speaker is preferred
• Good experience and exposure to projects MEP in Real Estate and Property Developments
