Job description / Role
Two MEP QSs are required to work on a recently awarded hotel construction project, currently one of the largest in Dubai. The employer is a European MEP Contractor who have an excellent reputation for winning and delivering prestigious projects across the GCC region.
These positions will be reporting into the Commercial Director and will be overseeing all commercial activities related to mechanical and electrical works, including handling contractual documentation, weekly and monthly reporting, and supporting project take-offs etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with who has worked on large scale building projects in the Middle East region. You will also be qualified with a relevant degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Quantity Surveying).
