A leading Microsoft Partner in Dubai is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst/Consultant as part of their continued growth.
The role will involve developing business solutions for customers based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.
Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working on Enterprise Software implementation projects (e.g. Dynamics/SAP/Oracle), including at least 1 year specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Proven experience leading complex implementations in a consultancy environment
• Preparing training and testing plans and delivering training to users
Strong business analysis experience including:
• Requirements gathering following structured methodologies
• Documentation of requirements, business process flows, specifications and deliverables
• Presenting analysis and designs to senior management stakeholders
• Preparing and running business analysis sessions
