Job description / Role
Halian International is currently looking for a Mobilization Manager with on boarding experience in the Middle East. The candidate must have sound knowledge of the immigration and labor laws and procedures in UAE, Qatar and KSA.
Requirements
The Mobilization Manager must have the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of on-boarding and HR
- Must have experience working in the Middle East
- Understanding of immigration procedures in UAE, Qatar & KSA
- Understanding of labour law desirable in UAE, Qatar & KSA
- Screening visa documents of potential employees
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for new hires
- Liasing with PRO, HR and Sales
- Sending itinerary packs to new hires-
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
