Job description / Role
The Mortgage Business is a boutique mortgage consultancy in Dubai. We offer mortgage servicing for all types of property purchases. We are looking for an established Mortgage Advisor who has a proven track record in mortgage sales.
Your role:
• Identifying opportunities and customer needs through our database.
• Delivering against daily and weekly sales targets.
• Organistation and future planning.
• Self motivated and drive to succeed.
• Listening to applicant requirements and proactively working on meeting them.
• Professional and ongoing client support and business management.

Remuneration: Based on experience and track record.
Requirements
• Industry experience
• Must Have Sales background.
• Clear communicator via phone, email and F2F.
• Excellent personal time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to think outside the box.
• Professional, well presented and approachable (up to director level).
• Demonstrable ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of
accuracy and attention to detail.
Most Important: Most importantly The Mortgage Business requires the hard working Self motivated, Dynamic, Dream Big, Work Hard and Stay Focus attitude. We require the natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients (Sellers, Buyers and agents) up to director level.
