Mortgage Advisor

Job description / Role

We are looking for Mortgage / Home Finance Sales advisors who are based in the UAE.

The candidate must have direct sales experience, and a passion to deliver high service standards and consistent results.

The duties for this role include:

· Sourcing mortgage client's
· Client Meetings
· Compile Documentation for mortgage applications
· Adhere to regulations and local laws
· Profiling of client's and their needs
· Identifying suitable solutions and cross sale opportunities
· Sales and provide logical recommendations of products
· Insurance recommendations
· Liaise with banks, client's, real estates, developers and third parties
· After sales service
· End to end process management
· Meeting Performance Targets
· Relationship Management and networking with real estates and developers
· Attend meetings and one to ones with management where scheduled
· Stay up to date with the financial service industry, products and guidelines
