Movex (ERP) Support Analyst - Global engineering firm urgently seeks a Movex ERP Support Analyst with experience of supporting and working with the Movex ERP solution and its connected Inventory, distribution and service order modules, Interfaces and CRM system. You will have experience supporting the Movex product and have knowledge of the Supply Chain domain (Inventory, distribution, service order). Previous experience of supporting Inventory, distribution, service order modules is essential and any manufacturing resource planning (MRP) skills would be a definite plus. The role will involve delivery of application support services to ensure business continuity and performance to internal and external clients. Reporting to the Operations manager, you will be required to investigate and verify issues and producing documented steps to solve problems, develop and test workarounds, test software fixes and most importantly provide incident reporting and setting standards to working within SLA agreements. The candidate will have an engineering background, currently be working in a multinational company, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to maintain a professional work ethic in a ”service provider” to “customer” relationship. This role will be based in Dubai, but travel to other international locations will be required. Skills – Movex, CRM, SQL and Supply Chain domain knowledge. Movex Experience essential, MRP knowledge advantageous.
