JOB PURPOSE

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our Cargo Agent Career Accelerator Program. This unique opportunity allows successful candidates to gain valuable industry experience, receive comprehensive training, and progress to the role of Cargo Supervisor within a span of three years.

This program is designed to transform you from a Cargo Agent into a confident and competent Cargo Supervisor. During your first year, you will work as a Cargo Agent, gaining hands-on experience in the core operations of our cargo division.

In the second year, you will transition into a more senior role, supervising certain operations and overseeing junior team members. In your final year, with our continued support and guidance, you'll step into the role of Cargo Supervisor, managing a team and making key operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the handling of cargo to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Learn and adhere to safety regulations, procedures, and airline policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their queries.
- Supervise and train junior team members as you progress through the program

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:

- High School certificate 70%
- EMSAT (English score1400) or IELTS Band 6

Knowledge/Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
