NAVISION Techno Functional Consultant

Job description / Role

We are looking for Techno Functional Consultants with working experience in Navision 2013/2016 and LS Retail with end to end full cycle implementation experience, for a retail company in this region.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end implementation, up gradation and support of Navision and LS Retail
• Comprehensive Project management experience in retail organization desired
• Help internal Application team in Support /Develop / Modify the Forms, Fields, Data Ports, Reports, Menu Suite, and Customization part using C/AL (NAV 2013/2015/2016) and MS SQL 2005 onwards.
• Provide support for Navision and LS Retail
• Provide support for Navision payroll
• New functionality requirement study
• Provide user training for new and existing functionality
• Setup LS Retail POS environment
• Create and update user manuals as and when required
• Configure and administer users roles and permissions (Navision)
• Report creation / deletion / modification
• Configure and administer LS Retail offers and promotions
• Document functionality requirement and coordinate with partner for development
• Functionality testing and deployment
• Investigate reconciliation issues
• Navision object management
• Train & Support end user on BI applications (Qlik View & Sense)
• Make sure all support incident are recorded in the Helpdesk system and updated accurately online, Secondly ensure pending work are carried out on a Time bound procedure.

UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Requirements

Preferred from Retail industry and should have experience working in UAE.

Additional Information:
• Desired experience in ERP NAV 2013/2015/2016 versions
• Sound knowledge of LS Retail modules including Job Scheduler
• Project Management experience in at least 3 retail implementation projects
• Desired experience in BI tools and reports development (Qlik View/SSRS)
• Candidate with knowledge of Retail business processes will be preferred
• Knowledge of SQL 2008 will be preferred
