Job description / Role
• Reporting to: Sales Development Manager
• Subordinates: Sales and Procurement Team
• Other interactions: Logistic Manager, Finance Manager
• Number required: 20
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Probation: 6 months
• Working Hours: Saturday-Thursday (8:00am-5:00pm)
• Travel requirements: Occasional Travel
• Gross monthly base salary: to be discussed
• Commission / Bonus: to be discussed
• Other Benefits: Annual Return Air Ticket, Health Insurance
• Main responsibilities: a. Employee responsibility starts from the time you receive the inquiry to the time you submit an offer to client until the final receipt and acceptance of goods by the clients.
- Preparing the inquiries, offers, invoices and packing list.
- Must have experience in Sourcing and Tendering
- Experience in Oil and Gas is an advantage
Requirements
Specialist knowledge:
• Minimum 2 years experience on the same field.
• Must be a holder of NDT Level II UT Certificate
• Must be a Team Player
• Must have experience in Sourcing and Tendering
• Age Range: 27-35
• Gender Preference: Male
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Must be a Team Player
• Must have experience in Sourcing and Tendering
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience on the same field
• Other certifications obtained: Must be a holder of NDT Level II UT Certificate
• Nationality Preference: Any Nationality can apply
