Job description / Role
Our client is a healthcare focused company specializing in Medical, Surgical, Diagnostic & Analytical Lab and Nuclear Medicine supplies with presence throughout the UAE.
They seek an IT Supervisory professional with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/B.Tech/BE and a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Technical Support, with graphic tools background.
Requirements
Key skills will be your NetSuite ERP and DBA abilities and duties will include:
- Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support.
- Maintain the NetSuite application for departmental stakeholders.
- Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs of the business.
- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.
- Administration of the Servers on daily basis(LAN & DMZ).
- Administration of ASA, Routers, VPN concentrator, Access points and Relay agents
- Installing Routers, switches, ADSL access points ,Band expender and relay agents as per request
- Giving proper security privileges and access permissions to the users on file servers, terminal servers.
