Job description / Role

The purpose of this position is to Process complaints regarding illegal network activities of "du" customers such as sending spam, illegal download of copyright material, computer infections and unauthorized access to systems. These are usually reported by internet service providers, media producers (Sony Entertainment, Paramount Pictures...etc.), computer emergence response teams (CERTs) and Individuals. To work on the complaints received on "du" abuse mailbox which is intended to provide resource for customers, providers and others who are experiencing inappropriate public behavior on "du" network. This is done by ensuring that emails are reviewed, categorized and proper feedback is provided back when necessary to the requester. To manage and resolve the majority of web content filtering requests submitted by customers, regulatory bodies such as TRA within expected service level agreements

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Good understanding of information security.
- Minimum 3 years of experience interfacing with customers

- Communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to learn about new developments.
