Job description / Role
- Conduct childcare education session to the company staff in both individual and groups settings.
- Train company staff on how to maintain a healthy and safe home environment.
- Train the company staff on how to heal wounds, measure body temperature, and other first aid practices.
- Train company staff on how to maintain newborn hygiene.
- Train company staff on BLS “Basic Life Support” practices.
- Educate company staff on how to support mothers and families during the pregnancy and after delivering.
- Train company staff to respond to emergencies and accidents.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Tagalog.
- Proven experience in dealing with newborn and children from 3 months – 9 years.
- Ability to prepare and conduct trainings.
- Ability to multi-task and engage people in fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to adapt with new software and technologies.
