Position Title: Nursery Center Manager cum Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 29K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• To identify business growth opportunities in line with latest regulations in early years
• To set up and develop new early years setting, under KHDA and ADEK standards and regulations
• Suggest to top management new and successful business opportunities to management through SWOT analysis on strategic and operational wise
• To handle all related Market analysis and company market share perseverance, too, competitors trends analysis for business gains
• To ensure the management and day-to day running of the centre which includes staff, children, premises, and equipment is of the highest quality in accordance with the EYFS guidelines
• Ensure that all staff are aware of the daily routines and policies
• Be responsible for building and managing a team of childcare workers to achieve excellence in delivering EYFS outcomes for all children
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree, Cache level 5 or any relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Nursery /Educational Business Development & Operations fields in the UAE
• Strong knowledge about nursery operation, ratios, staffing, policies, KHDA /ADEK requirement and opening procedures
• Knowledgeable in Municipality and Civil defense requirements
• Must have Sage X3 platform experience
