Odoo Software Specialist

Grassitup is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Odoo Software Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring the efficient operation of our Odoo software implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo development, customization, and system administration, with a focus on resolving issues, improving functionality, and maintaining system integrity.

Responsibilities:

System Analysis and Issue Resolution:

• Analyze and diagnose issues within the Odoo software system.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to address identified problems.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the resolution of issues and prevent recurrence.

Customization and Enhancements:

• Customize and extend Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

System Optimization:

• Optimize performance and responsiveness of the Odoo system.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for system configuration and resource utilization.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.
• Create user guides and training materials for internal users.

User Support and Training:
• Provide support to end-users and resolve user-reported issues.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of Odoo features and functionalities.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other business applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or Odoo System Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, customization, and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience in optimizing and fine-tuning Odoo for performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with business processes in [Your Industry] is a plus.

Qualifications:
