Job description / Role
We are looking for an Off-Track Supervisor to join our team.
This person will be responsible for the planning, monitoring and coordination of the Off-Track Equipment Operation. This will include maintaining the railway infrastructure and includes but not exclusive to embankments, fences, structures, service roads, ditches, berms and tunnels as well as overseeing sand mitigation. You must have proven experience of supervising civil and earthwork teams and a strong knowledge of the equipment used to carry out these activities as well as maintain the reliability of the earthmoving equipment to the highest standards. You will coordinate all tasks with the On-Track Equipment Manager, Equipment Maintenance and Infrastructure Maintenance Planner. Previous experience working on Railway projects is essential.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 Years experience working at Supervisor level and worked on specific Railway projects. Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering. Middle East experience is desirable but not essential for this position. You must have a driving license.
About the Company
Etihad Rail was established in June 2009 under Federal Law no. 2, with a mandate to manage the development, construction and operation of the UAEs national freight and passenger railway network.
