Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Completes clerical and administrative tasks
• Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
• Will supervise and monitor the staff

Requirements

• Open to Chinese nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent field
• With at least 3 years of experience in the same role
• Preferably from building/contracting background
• Must be good in using Microsoft Office like MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
