Our client deals with cyber security solutions and is currently looking to expand their support team in the department of business development by hiring an experienced Office Administrator for their team in Abu Dhabi.
Description
Administrative Duties:
* Support and assist team members in order to accomplish necessary tasks including holiday cover.
* Manage the office reception area
* Coordinate visitors
* Support on regional assistance with exhibitions
* Oversee office health and safety regulations
* Track and monitor office visitor log
* Hotel relations management
* Assist and facilitate relocations
* Provide efficient administrative support for tasks as required for activities and correspondence
* Maintain good organization by partaking in the general filing of documents including archiving
Job Offer
The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances.
