Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Real Estate Development Company looking for an administration person with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Real Estate Development.

Following would be an outline of the roles and responsibilities:

• Overseeing the issuance of contracts for all new sales & transfers of any inventory unit sold or transferred.
• Coordinating between members of the Sales team (Managers, Head of Sales and Sales
• Director) and the other departments for various aspects of the sales process flow. Grading of leads and getting feedback from the sales team and entering data into CRM.
• Ensuring timely follow-up with clients with regards to various aspects. (i.e., payments follow-ups, signing of contracts, etc).
• Ensuring high-level quality customer service is provided by the team.
• Overseeing general administrative activities such as contracts filing, CRM, etc., for the department.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating the meetings between high-profile clients & senior management.
• Carrying out all administrative functions related to the sales, unit registrations, Dubai land department, and RERA procedures.
• Overseeing the filing of all sales documents including new sales, transfers, Oqood registrations, change of contact details forms, etc.
• Updating the internal systems with regards to all new deals & transfers.
• Overseeing and ensuring any exchange of emails, follow-ups, correspondence with
• customer (internal and external) is recorded in internal system for record as well as printed and filed.
• Providing all administrative support during launches and events across the Emirates.
• Assist the Sales Admin team at these events.
• Providing monthly reports and updates on New Sales & Transfers.
• Preparation of Weekly Report of Contract status across all projects.
• Maintaining monthly reports on units registered at Oqood.
• Ideal candidate should be available to join immediately.
• Candidates fluent in Russian would be preferred.
• Manage the front desk and receive clients and customers and supporting them with any information needed and routing them to the right person.

Requirements

• Ideal Candidate should have good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be able to handle the job responsibilities in an organized manner and have reports and records up to date.
• University graduates with prior real estate background would be preferred.
