Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an international oil and gas services company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Office Manager, organise staff travel, update excel sheet reports, maintain HR policies and update the DMCC Freezone portal, monitor and maintain office supplies, answer phones and take messages, type documents, reports and correspondence, receive sort and distribute incoming mail and keep office area clean and tidy.
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have a minimum of 3 years UAE experience working at a DMCC based company, have advanced Excel and strong communication skills in English. Candidates with the above experience need apply and will be considered.
