Office Assistant up to 3k Aed for a Business Setup Firm in the UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform general office cleaning as needed;
• Transport documents and reports from 1 office to another as needed
• Perform basic admin interaction with clients – so must have good comm skills
Requirements

• SALARY: up to 3,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open ASIAN nationality
• Male/Female, 25-35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years of serving experience as Office Boy cum Office Assistant
• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• UAE driving license is an advantage
